First box-office results for "Miss Pettigrew"

Focus Features rolled out Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day at 535 locations and scored an estimated $645,000 on Friday, a $1,200 per theatre average.

The Amy Adams-Frances McDormand comedy is headed for a $2.35M weekend haul, just missing the week's Top 10.
